Position: Ranch hand

Tasks: Check on the herd a few times a week. Maintain fly-free animals with spray. Round up animals as needed. Communicate any health concerns to owners. Maintain fencing so animals do not escape. 

Qualifications: Prior work with Cattle or Horses. Able to walk on uneven ground and run/walk hours at a time. Lasso skills. Horsemanship and having a horse to keep on site or bring as needed is a plus.

Hours: 4-8 hours per week freelance

Compensation: $25/hour ($50/hour if using your own horse for work)

Position: Cleaner for Guest Yurt

Tasks: Completely clean the rental interior and process laundry. All cleaning tools and supplies provided. Laundry is on site. 

Qualifications: References from current clients required. Must be task oriented, timely, reliable, able to bend over and be on your feet for up to 4 hours at a time. Must be able to work independently and maintain high standards, following a checklist of items to clean and communicating with the owners.

Compensation: $100/cleaning

Hours: estimate 2-4 hours per cleaning, about 1-2 times a week
