Beef Shares

Aloha Friends! Our small cattle ranch will be processing some cattle with a local butcher. We are inviting community members or businesses to purchase a portion of an animal. We are selling 1/3 of an animal minimum. The meat estimated for 1/3 of an animal is 100 pounds of meat and the cost is $720. The butcher fee is included in this price. Discounts available for the purchase of a whole animal.

Our beef is 100% grass fed on sustainable farmland. No corn, no grain, no hormones. 100% free range pasture raised. The animals being processed at this time will be made into grounds only, no cuts or steaks. 

If you are purchasing a portion of an animal, you will also have an opportunity to pick up bones and organs if you desire. 

If you would like to purchase 1/3, 2/3, or a whole animal in grounds only at $720 per 1/3 share, please contact us. Your payment will be due when the butchering date is scheduled. If something happens on our end where we cannot fulfill your order, your money will be refunded in full. Venmo, Zelle, Cash, or Check are accepted. 

The pickup date for meat is non-negotiable and you must show up on the day in the window of time to pick up your share. We do not have extra freezer room to hold your portion for you. Grounds are vacuum sealed, packed in 2 pound bags.
